INDEXSURFER was created by Octavia Barca to allow freedom of a flexible lifestyle for her family and herself. Years of research and exhaustive mathematical manual charts for daily prediction of market levels resulted in the development of the unique SPI Forecaster charts for the increasing demand by other traders.

Before INDEX SURFER, my husband and I traded in various areas of the share market, we also invested funds in companies where we had no control and we either lost money or our returns were insignificant. This was very frustrating for us.
